Strategic Partnerships Supporting Green Industry
The Green Industry Center fulfills its mission by building effective institutional partnerships through cooperation agreements with national entities, the industrial sector, universities, and research and development institutions, ensuring that sustainability objectives are translated into actionable programs. These agreements generally focus on energy efficiency and energy management, emissions measurement and carbon footprint calculation, and applications of cleaner production and the circular economy, as well as the development of sustainable energy projects and the exchange of expertise and technical data. These agreements also typically include capacity building and development through training and workshops aligned with recognized international standards, as well as the coordination of joint initiatives that improve environmental performance, enhance competitiveness, and accelerate the transition toward a green economy and a more sustainable Libyan industry.
