As part of efforts to support the development of the industrial sector and enhance the benefit from international expertise, the Green Industry Center participated in a meeting held by His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Minerals, Mr. Mohamed Abdelkader, with the Head of the KPMG office in Tunisia and a number of the company’s experts and consultants. The meeting aimed to explore prospects for joint cooperation and benefit from international expertise and advisory services in developing the industrial and mining sectors.

The meeting addressed a number of areas related to the development of industrial and investment strategies, enhancing the efficiency of institutions and factories, and supporting efforts to localize industries. Discussions also covered ways to develop the mining sector and maximize the utilization of local resources and raw materials, contributing to increasing added value in both sectors and supporting the national economy.

The participants also discussed the importance of benefiting from international experiences and expertise in developing plans and strategies that keep pace with modern developments in the industrial sector and enhance its competitiveness, while taking into account the requirements of efficiency, sustainability, and green industrial transformation.

The participation of the Green Industry Center in this meeting reflects its role in supporting efforts to develop national industry, promote sustainable industrial practices, and enhance the efficient use of resources and energy, thereby contributing to the transition toward a more efficient, sustainable, and competitive national industrial sector.
